Meteorafarmer Privacy Policy ​

We care about your privacy and keep things simple. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using:

Note: This policy is written in plain English and aims to be friendly and transparent.

Our no-telemetry pledge ​

We do not collect telemetry. No device fingerprints, no usage analytics, no clickstream, no crash logs, no IP/User‑Agent tracking, no cookies, no LocalStorage. During normal use we simply do not send usage/technical data to our servers.

The only runtime data we collect is optional and very minimal:

-Transaction summaries: amounts and your nickname (to show your personal PnL dashboard and let you share PnL images). No transaction hash or any other on-chain data is collected, ensuring your on-chain activity remains unidentifiable—only numerical figures are used.

  • This happens only if you link your Telegram account.
  • Nothing else is collected.

Quick summary ​

  • No telemetry or tracking. We don’t use cookies or LocalStorage on the website.
  • Non‑custodial: we never store your private keys. Sensitive data is encrypted (AES‑GCM) and kept on your device.
  • Server‑side we keep only what you provide for your account (email, nickname) and optional items (Telegram ID, referral payout wallet).
  • Optional minimal transaction summaries (amounts + nickname) power your PnL dashboard if you link Telegram.
  • No third‑party analytics or ads. We don’t sell personal data.
  • You can delete your account; we delete your server‑side account and related analytics.

Scope ​

This policy covers data handling in:

What we collect ​

1) Account data (you provide this at signup) ​

  • Nickname (display name)

We store these only to operate your account (authentication, showing your display name). We do not otherwise process or profile this data.

2) Optional Telegram link (you choose to add it) ​

  • Telegram account ID (so we can connect your PnL dashboard to your account)

3) Optional minimal transaction summaries (only if Telegram is linked) ​

  • What: PnL/amounts of open and closed positions, together with your nickname
  • Why: to show historical performance in your dashboard and allow you to generate/share PnL images
  • We do not collect device info, IPs, user agents, referrers, or detailed per‑event telemetry.

4) Optional referral payouts ​

  • Referral wallet address (if you participate in the referral program) — used to automate referral payouts

5) On‑chain and in‑app operations (non‑custodial) ​

  • The app may request transaction signatures and send transactions to Meteora/Jupiter according to your actions/automation settings.
  • We never collect or store your private keys or seed phrases.
  • Sensitive strategy/config data stays encrypted locally on your device (AES‑GCM).

What we do NOT collect ​

We do not collect, store, or use:

  • Device or browser telemetry (IP addresses, User‑Agent, referrer, language, screen size, device IDs, OS details)
  • Usage analytics (clicks, page views, session duration, funnels, heatmaps)
  • Crash/performance logs and error traces
  • Cookies, LocalStorage, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting data
  • Marketing identifiers or advertising profiles
  • Your private keys, seed phrases, or raw transaction signing material
  • Detailed transactional telemetry beyond optional PnL/amount summaries tied to your nickname

Note: Your blockchain activity on Solana is inherently public and visible on‑chain. We don’t extract or mirror that data into our systems beyond the optional minimal summaries described above.

Sources of data ​

  • Directly from you (account signup, linking Telegram, entering a referral wallet)
  • Automatically from the app only in one case: minimal PnL/amount summaries for your dashboard, and only if you have linked Telegram

If you do not link Telegram, nothing is sent during usage beyond basic account operations.

How we use data ​

  • Provide core product features (automation for DLMM/Meteora on Solana)
  • Show your historical performance and basic transaction analytics (PnL summaries) and let you generate/share PnL images
  • Send OTP codes for login/verification to your email
  • Operate the referral program (send rewards to the payout wallet you provide)
  • Maintain your account and communicate support updates when needed
  • Keep the service secure and reliable (including regular security testing)

We do not use your data for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data.

Monetization model ​

  • Free‑trial: 2.5% commission from earned fees
  • Pro subscription: no commission
  • Referral program: provide a payout wallet address to receive referral rewards automatically

Storage and retention ​

  • Sensitive/private data: encrypted locally on your device with AES‑GCM
  • Server‑side account data (email, nickname): stored until you delete your account
  • Telegram ID (if linked): stored until you unlink Telegram and/or delete your account
  • PnL/amount summaries (if Telegram is linked): stored until you unlink Telegram and/or delete your account
  • Referral wallet address: stored while referral program participation is active or until account deletion

When you delete your account, we delete your server‑side account data and analytics tied to it.

Third parties and infrastructure ​

We keep third‑party use minimal:

  • Blockchain infrastructure
  • Payments: we use Blink payment system
  • Support: Telegram chat (your interactions there are subject to Telegram’s own terms and privacy practices)
  • Email: our own mail infrastructure for sending OTP codes

We do not use third‑party analytics or crash reporting tools.

International data transfers ​

We do not plan or intentionally execute cross‑border transfers of your stored personal data. If you choose to communicate via Telegram, Telegram’s infrastructure and policies apply and may involve international data routing, which we do not control.

Cookies and tracking ​

  • We do not use cookies, LocalStorage, or similar tracking technologies on the website.
  • The desktop app and Telegram bot do not employ third‑party analytics or trackers.

Security ​

  • Encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS between app/website/bot and our server
  • Encryption at rest on your device for sensitive data using AES‑GCM
  • Principle of least privilege and limited access (restricted to the creator for necessary maintenance)
  • Regular security testing
  • User notifications if we become aware of a security incident affecting you

No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Automation and decisions ​

The app performs automated actions (e.g., executing strategy parameters you set, sending transactions to Meteora/Jupiter). There is no marketing or behavioral profiling.

Your choices and controls ​

  • Link or unlink Telegram at any time
  • Provide or remove a referral payout wallet
  • Access, update, or delete your account:
    • In‑app (if available) or
    • By contacting us at Telegram @zemelka_sol

If you request deletion, we will remove server‑side account data and related analytics.

Blockchain‑specific notes ​

  • Non‑custodial: we never store your private keys; we never ask for your seed phrase.
  • Public and immutable ledger: transactions and public addresses on Solana are inherently public and cannot be altered or deleted by us once on‑chain.
  • We cannot reverse or delete blockchain transactions.

Changes to this policy ​

If we change this policy, we will notify users right away in our community chat where all users are present. Updated versions will be posted and become effective immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise.
